NDT Training & Certification

Eddy current testing level II course provides the knowledge required to understand the method, operate the equipment and perform testing. Our course structure is compiled based on the recommendations of ASNT's document SNT-TC-1A.

Eddy Current Testing - Theory and its applications

• Advantages and limitations of ET
• Codes / standards requirements as per ASTM, ASME etc.
• Familiarization of equipment and probes
• Calibration of the equipment and probe using various reference blocks
• Testing on different type of products
• Interpreting and evaluating the test data
• Preparation of the reports

4 Days (32 hours) of training Examination (Theory, Specific and Practical)
40% Class-room training with power point presentation, lecture and Question & Answer
60% hands-on practical on Revaphoenix engineered weld flaw samples

Engineers, inspectors and technicians aspiring to acquire the proficiency and knowledge in Eddy Current testing. This course provides access to employer based qualification and certification.

NDT ET level II certificate will be provided on successful completion of General, Specific and Practical examinations with an aggregate of 80%.
