I like the way you presented, which is very important to sit for 3 days without getting bored (I told you on the first day). Since I have been in this sales profession, I have come across various process industries, refineries and other industries so that I could get an imagination and felt the experience; when you teach about.

Course materials are good.

It will be better if you show some clips of sample mock drills conducted in an organization, sample lab test reports for air, water and other pollution (permissible limits) etc.
