INSPECTION, API THIRD PARTY INSPECTION
We perform Third Party Inspection and Certification (TPI &C) of all oil and gas equipment. Inspection activities have wide range under the code guidelines of quality acceptance and purchaser's satisfaction which includes:
Checking of Quality Assurance Plan of contractors / Suppliers and making suggestions if necessary and approval to final acceptance of quality.
To ensure that contractors / Suppliers carry out work in accordance with their respective quality assurance programme.
Undertake inspection and witness such tests, which are required to ensure that all equipments and materials procured confirm to the specifications and relevant codes and standards as per approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
Inspection of material, plant equipment and structures at Suppliers works before dispatch.
Inspection of received material at site to assess to start landing, damages and recommend replacement measures
Stages / routine inspection as well as final inspection based on following codes e.g. API, ASME, BS, DIN, IS and other relevant codes / standards
Testing of material as per approved QAP.
Issue of routine inspection memo.
Checking of compliance report, if any.
Issue of final acceptance certificate.
For quality acceptance we have reliable and approved laboratories for material testing as well as highly motivated and dedicated trained section of NDT Personnel, having highest safety training to carry out jobs of international safety standards.
EXPEDITING
Reva Phoenix offers expediting services of post order / LOI of Suppliers and includes:
Interaction with purchaser
Study and scrutiny of Supplier's manufacturing schedule
Obtain and review of Supplier's manufacturing schedule
Monitor Supplier's progress and organize review meeting with Suppliers whenever necessary.
Expedite with Suppliers for submission of drawing / documents / spare parts lists etc.
Compilation of items, sub Suppliers and delivery based on Suppliers report.
Reporting / co-ordination between purchaser and Supplier.
Expediting of dispatch based on inspection clearance and as per P.O.
Preparation of monthly progress reports based on the reports of progress of work by Suppliers.
Expediting services relating to timely delivery of equipments and supplies

DESIGN ENGINEERING
Reva Phoenix has a developed section of engineers for designing and detailing of all types of static / rotary equipments and other general engineering related to Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals and Metallurgical sector. We take design work based on purchaser's process / service specifications / data supplied.
For critical equipment we also use state of art design and analysis software. Our design section also prepares mechanical specification sheet and selection of material for required services based on process specification.
